Day rate for reviews, working sessions, and office hours. Typical cadence is 1–4 days a month. A monthly retainer is an option in the offer.
All figures are USD cash, remote, with US Eastern overlap. Location and the client brief can move the number. Token or equity only appears if that client has it.
Ship the whole slice: contracts or integrations, a small API or indexer consumer, and wallet-connected UI for client dApps and BrickFi.
A lot of our engagements are too small for a dedicated protocol person and a dedicated frontend person the entire time. This seat is for someone who can move from a Solidity interface to a Next.js screen in the same week. BrickFi reporting (on-chain position to a document the investor can download) is a current example of that slice. You will talk to clients on implementation details once scope is set — you will not be asked to sell.
How hiring works
Roles are posted by Lootrushs as full-time, part-time, or advisory — pick one on the form. We source, screen, and interview — or a client introduces a candidate to us. After you pass our process, you may interview with the client company. If both sides agree, you join through Lootrushs and work on that client’s product.
What you will do
- Build dApps with Next.js, wagmi/viem, and connectors.
- Implement or integrate contracts and subgraphs or a TypeScript indexer.
- Own auth, session, and wallet error states for the features you ship.
- Write TypeScript server routes when a flow should not live only in the browser.
- Add tests for the part you own (Foundry and/or frontend).
- Hand off runbooks: env vars, admin txs, what to do if the indexer lags.
- Work directly with the designer and PM on the same ticket, not a weekly dump.
What you bring
- 3+ years full-stack including at least one production Web3 app.
- Strong TypeScript.
- Enough Solidity (or equivalent) to own a module or a serious integration.
