Specialize in wallet-connected product design for BrickFi and client dApps — invest, mint, swap, and admin, including the ugly middle of each flow.
This seat is product-only. You will not be the person making conference booth graphics. You own BrickFi’s investor experience and the client dApp flows we staff you on: research, IA, UI, and the states that appear when a transaction fails. We expect you to argue with engineering about what belongs on-chain versus in the UI. We expect you to sit with someone who has used MetaMask or Phantom and watch them get stuck. First quarter is BrickFi invest/position plus one client mint or vault UI. You report to the senior designer (or the CTO until that seat is filled).
How hiring works
Roles are posted by Lootrushs as full-time, part-time, or advisory — pick one on the form. We source, screen, and interview — or a client introduces a candidate to us. After you pass our process, you may interview with the client company. If both sides agree, you join through Lootrushs and work on that client’s product.
What you will do
- Design BrickFi investor flows: property browse, share purchase, yield, statements, and support.
- Design client mint, swap, vault, and admin flows with pending, failed, and wrong-network states.
- Build and maintain a Figma library frontend actually uses (tokens, components, receipts).
- Prototype the risky interactions (connect, switch chain, paymaster) before they hit a sprint.
- Run lightweight usability tests and write up what you change because of them.
- Partner with the frontend engineer on edge cases: RPC lag, indexer delay, partial fills.
- Join client kickoffs when the engagement is a product surface.
- Keep accessibility basics (contrast, focus, copy length) in the files, not as a later pass.
What you bring
- 3+ years product design on shipped web or mobile apps.
- A portfolio of multi-step, high-trust flows (wallet, payments, brokerage, identity, or similar).
- At least one product you owned after launch — not only a concept file.
- You can explain a flow in writing without a live Figma share.
Nice to have
- Shipped Web3 UI
- Design-system ownership
- Motion for product (not only films)
- Research practice
