Build on-chain real estate and RWA products — fractional shares, distributions, eligibility, and investor reporting on BrickFi.
BrickFi is a client real estate investment platform Lootrushs develops and delivers. You extend tokenization, issuance, and the investor dashboard. Legal and eligibility rules are part of the job. We will not ask you to invent securities advice; you will implement the gates counsel specifies. This can be your primary assignment (not leftover hours from a DEX). You work with the BrickFi PM and designer through Lootrushs. Transfers, lockups, and reporting have to match what the client told the investor — tests and an audit trail are not optional.
How hiring works
Roles are posted by Lootrushs as full-time, part-time, or advisory — pick one on the form. We source, screen, and interview — or a client introduces a candidate to us. After you pass our process, you may interview with the client company. If both sides agree, you join through Lootrushs and work on that client’s product.
What you will do
- Implement share issuance, transfers, lockups, and distributions.
- Connect on-chain state to investor and admin UIs.
- Work with product on KYC and eligibility gates; do not collect extra PII on a whim.
- Harden reporting and audit trails for anything that moves money or shares.
- Write tests that cover failed eligibility, paused issuance, and distribution edge cases.
- Triage production issues with tx hashes and indexer lag in mind.
- Document admin powers so ops and counsel can review them.
What you bring
- Production Solidity or full-stack Web3, with at least one live app.
- Interest in RWA or fintech and patience for product constraints (eligibility, reporting).
- TypeScript strong enough to own or pair on the dashboard.
Nice to have
- ERC-3643 / 1400 or similar permissioned tokens
- KYC providers
- Real estate or proptech domain
