Own protocol-grade Solidity for tokens, vaults, staking, and custom logic — including BrickFi and client launches.

Senior seat: you set patterns, review PRs, and stay through deploy. You will be in audit calls. You will tell a client no when they want an owner that can rug. Current load is BrickFi issuance and client vault/staking work. You work with a mid contract engineer, security, and frontend. Pay is listed on the posting by engagement — full-time cash, part-time hourly, or an advisory day rate.

How hiring works

Roles are posted by Lootrushs as full-time, part-time, or advisory — pick one on the form. We source, screen, and interview — or a client introduces a candidate to us. After you pass our process, you may interview with the client company. If both sides agree, you join through Lootrushs and work on that client’s product.

What you will do

  • Write, test, and ship Solidity with Foundry or Hardhat.
  • Model access control, upgrades, pauses, and invariants before the first line of happy-path code.
  • Gas-optimize hot paths without hiding complexity.
  • Lead reviews and raise the engineering bar for mid ICs.
  • Specify threat models: admin keys, oracles, reentrancy, upgrade mistakes.
  • Run or coordinate fuzzing on the riskiest paths.
  • Estimate chain work honestly in client scoping calls.
  • Pair with Ops on deploy keys, dry runs, and mainnet.

What you bring

  • 4+ years shipping production Solidity.
  • Fuzzing and fork-testing as a habit, not a slide.
  • You have taken work through an external audit or a serious internal review.
  • You can read TypeScript well enough to catch ABI and indexing mistakes.

Nice to have

  • Audit experience
  • Formal verification
  • Move or Vyper
  • L2 production
