Day rate for reviews, working sessions, and office hours. Typical cadence is 1–4 days a month. A monthly retainer is an option in the offer.
All figures are USD cash, remote, with US Eastern overlap. Location and the client brief can move the number. Token or equity only appears if that client has it.
Write Solana programs and the off-chain services around them for games, markets, and consumer dApps.
Most of our volume is EVM. We still take Solana work — compressed NFTs, in-game economies, consumer mints — and need someone who has shipped a program, not only completed a bootcamp. You own program design, Anchor tests, and the TypeScript clients that talk to them. You will not be asked to also own the Solidity queue. You will be asked to estimate compute, accounts, and client UX honestly before we sign a date.
How hiring works
Roles are posted by Lootrushs as full-time, part-time, or advisory — pick one on the form. We source, screen, and interview — or a client introduces a candidate to us. After you pass our process, you may interview with the client company. If both sides agree, you join through Lootrushs and work on that client’s product.
What you will do
- Design and ship Anchor or native programs for the project you are staffed on.
- Handle accounts, PDAs, compute limits, and compressed NFTs without kicking them to later.
- Write robust TypeScript clients and transaction builders frontend can call.
- Load-test before mainnet; write a rollback note if we need one.
- Document upgrade authority, freeze, and how ops should run the program.
- Pair with a frontend engineer on wallet adapters and error mapping.
- Estimate compute and rent in writing during scoping.
What you bring
